To be fair, he wasn’t the only one, nor was he the first racially conscious White man telling his fellow Americans what was on the horizon, probably the most prominent of the bunch who talked about this stuff though. There was a southern democrat cope in the late 80's and early 90's that suggested that the democrats are playing accelerationist 16D chess. The goal was to force white America to "wake up" to the ugliness of the other races by forcing them into every white space.
