Ever given someone a precious gift you thought long about before buying? A gift that you thought they would cherish and carry with them throughout life and they would be reminded of you and your friendship with them every time they looked upon the gift you gave them? And then a week later you see it broken or busted or being abused in some way as to show they could care less about your special gift to them which echoes how they feel about you in general?
