Think of it like this.
If there was no fall.of Lucifer then no 2 races would see each other separated by time there could never even exist racism because every one would have been the same race, the race for that time in their evolution. However, since the Great Fall, in the name of choice, all races appear at once adding challenge and choice. Choice to love or hate, accept or deny.
