Orientals are a perfect slave-race. High work ethics, they endure everything, they do not revolt, they obey the systems. They lack creativity and ambition (outside of work) though, but they are smart enough to adopt foreign (White) technology.
On their own it's permanent stagnation. Which isn't too bad if the status quo is good... which is a rare condition to ever be met.

Do not revolt? Have you not read about how many dynasties they've deposed of in bloody rebellions?
Hell, it's happened so much throughout their history that it's the reason they thought up the concept of "the mandate of heaven".
It basically says that if a ruler gets too corrupt, then the gods will send down natural disasters and cause mass societal unrest to get rid of said ruler.
For all the memes of them being docile little worker bees, those chinks can get pretty nasty when sufficiently riled up.

Weren't the Chinese overran by foreign forces and conquered across multiple millennia? I've seen a video that expanded how they were conquered so often that they lost their identity, and basically stuck with something recently. Their genetic makeup should also be fucked. The mongols sure liked to rape a lot.
When you've got a history that goes back that far you're bound to have a few records of your land getting conquered by foreign invaders. Although considering how similar all the east asian peoples are, I'm not too concerned about any race mixing there. It'd probably be like a Greek marrying an Italian.
Hell, look at the British isles as an example. Before becoming one of the largest empires in human history, they got their teeth kicked in by the Celts, the Romans, the Anglo Saxons and the Normans. Back then the race mixing was at least kept between different kinds of Whites, unlike what's happening today with them mass importing jeets and sandniggers.
