Fine, but I doubt that was race-based. There are plenty of unincorporated communities all across America that are identify-based (race, religious, politics, etc.) If the law allows them freedom of association to form those communities, then the same legal precedent must also favor Whites.

It was race based. Whites were lower caste and didn't get a say in matters.
