I've been doing all of my own DIY and renovations since I was 20 years old (except for electrical) and it's fun to watch a video like this and understand the building code and the subtle complexities of everything he's doing and why.

What we want, and what we need, especially right now, are two totally different things. I think the setup they chose is a great balance when given the alternatives most people are choosing. It wasn’t long ago, that children remaining at home until they were married, and/or well established was still a thing. Shit, it’s still a thing in many “developed” countries. I see nothing wrong with it as long as the child is at least trying to be a productive human being in our current kiked world. Just my humble opinion fren.
