It is multi-pronged and called asymmetrical warfare. Flood country with foreigners to increase prices while lowering salaries, leading to decreasing birthrates for the natives. Even more foreigners needed. Send the natives into senseless brotherwars, instead of a void to fill like the boomers had, even more foreigners are poured in. Lower quality of life makes the major taxpayers leave, leaving an ever increasing burden on the lower and middle class that can’t afford to relocate. Then you’re also made to fund the invasion with Aid-Money and work harder because niggers don’t pay taxes.
