Matthew 12 isn't trying to make the point that people shouldn't be divided. Jesus was accused of the jews for being a devil. They were saying Jesus was casting out devils by the power of the devil. Jesus explained that the devil doesn't cast out devils.

Then he explained that if he was using the power of the devil to cast out devils, then weren't the other jews doing the same?

But if he were using the power of God, then the Kingdom of God is come on the earth.

Then he says that if you want to rob a strong man, you have to tie up the strong man first. The obvious parallel is that Jesus is going into the devil's house (the earth -- the devil is the god of this earth) to rob him, and so he has to first defeat the devil.

Then he says that if you're not on his side, you're against him, and if you're not helping him gather people together, then you are scattering them.

In short -- division is not wrong. It's wrong to accuse Jesus of being a devil or working for the devil. It's wrong to work for the devil. But at no point does he ask us to align with others who are serving the devil.

51 Think ye, that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, no; but separation.
52 For there shall be from henceforth five in one house divided: three against two, and two against three.
53 The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against his father, the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother, the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

34 Do not think that I came to send peace upon earth: I came not to send peace, but the sword.
35 For I came to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
36 And a man's enemies shall be they of his own household.

25 And there went great multitudes with him. And turning, he said to them:
26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.
27 And whosoever doth not carry his cross and come after me, cannot be my disciple.

This is common sense

A nation divided against itself will likely fall when other nations are seeking to conquer it

Then Abe Lincoln steals the line to say niggers need rights

You need to reread Lincoln. He did not believe that niggers should be in a position of anything other than servitude to whites.

> A house divided against itself cannot stand. I believe this government cannot endure, permanently half slave and half free. I do not expect the Union to be dissolved - I do not expect the house to fall - but I do expect it will cease to be divided. It will become all one thing, or all the other."

I wonder what side of that divide old Abe was on 🤔

"Free" dod not mean "niggers get to vote" in the 1860s.
It simply means they would not be chattel property.

Lincoln correctly wanted to deport all of them back to Africa. Others thought of putting them on reservations to keep them separated. No republican in 1860 wanted to have blacks in government.

Now, AFTER the Civil War,they thought it was funny when blacks got elected in the South.

I don't doubt that the sentiment toward a free black slave wasn't to grant him absolute liberty. But it's easier to ship away property than deport "free people." Being on the anti-slavery side was one of the steps that got us into the mess we're in.

At the end of the day, no mass deportation plan was put into effect. No sterilization or neutralization took place. And no segregation laws stood the test of time.

The core problem of Christianity is that they're not aligned with Christ. Some people say that Christ is in the Bible, or is the Bible, but this is absurd. Christ is in heaven. The Bible speaks of Christ. It is not Christ, though, and you can spend all day looking in the Bible and never find him. Others try to make men out to be representatives of Christ on the earth without authority, and call people to go one way or the other or to swear false teachings of one sort or another. Like the saying goes "All we like sheep have gone astray". We need a Shepherd, not creeds or books or doctrines, to bring us together again.

If we were united with Christ and Christ alone, we would find that we would be united with each other. It is the false ideas that have crept into Christianity, ideas like homoousis or the Immaculate Conception that have spoiled the entire bunch. Or false ideas like "Sola Scriptura" or "Sola Fide" and such.

If people would stop inserting their own ideas into Christ and let Christ speak for himself there would be far less confusion.

By the Grace of God, Mary was conceived pure because the Son which is perfect cannot be born in an imperfect vessel.

And where does it say that in the Bible?

Or rather, when did Paul or any other apostle teach that?

So nowhere in the Bible, nor did Paul or any apostle teach it. Got it.

Religion to the normie is nothing but another flavor of sportsball or tech babble. To seriously entertain any notion to the contrary is an exercise in emotional masochism.
