Technically they are human (if they werent, race-mixing wouldnt be an issue), the issue is that there are many kinds of human, and approximately none of them belong in the same area, because every time that happens, war is inevitable.
Segregation into separate nations is the solution, which is why the jews have fought so hard to vilify it.
