He's talking about getting dementia from something that's only been around 2 years.

Anyway, reliance on tech like we do absolutely diminishes your problem solving skills, but it also puts actual retards in positions they don't belong.

BS, some people were complaining about over reliance on GPS navigation, some fucking morons NPC use it for every single trip, they lose any sense of direction.
