Because effeminacy is a spiritual disease, not a purely physical one. So no matter how matter jacked an effeminate gets, if he does nothing to actually combat his effeminacy (like, say, doing hard work for the sake of doing hard work), he will still obviously be a faggot. The reason faggotry is so common now is that the (((edjewcation system))) has deliberately made everyone effeminate, by discouraging physical activity and challenging hard work and encouraging wrote memorization, which does nothing to actually strengthen the mental faculties (but does create pliable servants).
