The guy who commuted his death sentence into a life sentence literally said leo was guilty, he said he only commuted it because of pressure from the dark powers.
And the government people who gave him a post humorous pardon also said he was guilty, they only pardoned him because he was lynched, killed outside of the law.
A pardon is not an exoneration. The conviction against leo frank stands.
