I'm not against experimenting if you research and it seems to be harmless to try

otherwise if there is potential for harm there are probably a lot of other perhaps proven "natural remedies" to focus on instead

I read about it briefly before and it sounded like too high a dose could be harmful, something smaller might be beneficial. But sometimes when things can possibly be harmful I just skip it and focus on other things

I've been farting around with vitamins/supplements for years. They seem safe but you're correct--caution is warranted!

I was taking vitamin d3 for immune system support during Canadian winters without knowing you need to take it with calcium. Everything's a balance, you boost one thing and there are consequences.

Best bet is a wildly varied diet and (fun) cardio exercise.

You take vitamin d with vitamin k to prevent over calcification of your blood

That's exactly why I try to get all my nutrients from food sources (or the sun); vitamins contain high concentrations (which can be useless or even harmful) while foods contain what you need *with* all the other necessary vitamins packaged with them.
