Hard "ch" sounds. Not the "ch" in "Mädchen" for instance, but the "ch" in a word like "achtung". A lot of european languages actually have the "clearing your throat" sound. I forgot one of the most egregious case, Dutch throws this sound around constantly. Swedish, Portuguese, some Russian dialects, scottish English, etc also have this sound. Irish uses this sound so much that it sounds like a Semitic language to the unaware.
