In both options, you need to continue speaking God's Word, the Truth. It's not about trying to objectively measure your difference or change, it's not about numbers or seeing a shift. It's about doing what's right in God's name, for God. Let Him take care of the rest, let Him use your words and actions to influence those He deems fit. You may be arguing with some faggot on the internet and never change him, but everyone else listening and reading along may be getting influenced and those seeds you planted may grow and influence others.
