Because they want to be the only ones. But then Black Follow phenomena occurs and they all come in as the property values lower. It's why it's important to not give niggers any inch

Semi-related. I was talking to a staunch union member in a bar. Finally, I asked him if every single worker should be in a union. He paused for a moment, then said no. In other words, as you said, "Because they want to be the only ones."
