The official ideology of the Soviet Union and bloc was Marxism-Leninism, with the exception of the DDR that kept an appearance of a multi-party system with its National Front, a coalition of parties and mass organizations from 1950 to 1990.

So the "not real communism" boomer cucks yaps about really _does_ apply.
