The blacks used to float. Before the Civil Rights Act of 1965 they floated just like everyone else. Now they're afraid of water even with a life jacket. Maybe we should revoke the CRA so blacks will float again. Sad.

If you see a nigger drowning, do not jump in to help them. They'll grab onto you and attempt to push you down to use you as a float like this one did to that fish. You'll drown, then the nigger will drown, making your death futile.
I’ll never understand why so many niggers refuse to learn how to swim, but I’ll be damned if I know I can’t swim, and I’ll go out on the water, and then willingly choose to get in, life jacket or not. Niggers truly are fucking retarded. I actually know a black fireman who’s a captain who can’t swim. I don’t even understand how’s it’s possible to be a firefighter and you can’t swim. The fact that it’s allowed in a major city is criminal.
