BMW never signaled for a pass and the 911 driver just went for it. The 911 driver should have enough simulator experience to know it would be best to drive 7/10 instead of 10/10 in that situation.

To be fair, the BMW seemed to get out of the way of the 911, as if to let him pass, then decided to be a retard.
