The inability of negros to read letters in a name or understand basic phonetics blows my mind.

For example, I have two bIack employees. One is an older female that seems to be barely literate. There is someone on our team named Shaniqua but my bIack female employee looks at the name and always says "Shawn-ti-kwa", without fail.

In another example, my other bIack employee sees the name "Morada" and pronounces it "Miranda". I get that Morada is not a common name, but this negro also pronounces letters that are just not there.

For the several years I was in the military, negros would see my last name and pronounce letters that weren't there. It was and still is mind blowing.

They really are basically high-functioning retards.
