I noticed the presence of some very dark niggers in the city closest to where I live. I'm used to many indians, but blacker than tar africans is new.

I will be monitoring the situation closely.

It depends, if theyre from South Africa or somalia theyre probably worse than american negroes, but if theyre from Uganda or are Igbos they might be civilized.

I don't know. It's pretty tough to be more dangerous than American niggers. If any group were more dangerous, it would probably be somalis or bantus though.
