So if I'm understanding this correctly, if we made an ideal society with you as the head as God Emperor, it would be your prerogative to establish a police force that is actively encouraged to do whatever they wish, ignore any and every law and decree you make if they simply disagree with it, who not only could, but *should* actively demonstrate insubordination, and you would applaud that?
