Respectable, but you're skipping cardio by just lifting. Big, muscly people tire out quickly because muscles take lots of fuel. Big, muscly people also have to expend more energy to get that mass moving ... so they're slow.
Now ... *if* they connect, the damage is going to be big ... but my small, quick ass is only going to be caught if I'm slippin'. So all I have to do is wait for you to punch yourself out and then ... you're mine.
It's better to have cardio for weeks than it is to have raw power.

There's no rounds in life, or rules to keep you from being grabbed by someone with 80 pounds on you and folded up like a camping chair. This is why there are guns, don't put in for otter mode and expect to go hand to hand with anyone that didn't.
I am primarily a lifter and do that run once a week at a 7 min per mile pace. Telling you you should do both there's no reason to do one or the other, you're missing out if you make an arbitrary decision
