The gay side would take on irresponsible amounts of debt which the jews would lend to even though it would be clear they wouldn't be able to repay it but in 10 years, it wouldn't cause catastrophe, while our side would be fiscally responsible. The net result over 10 years is the gay side would look better than ours and then they'd use that to prove to everyone that gay is better.
They'd never go along with this fairly. They'd also give our side the least amount of resources (worst land).

China is trying to speedrun becoming a first world country. They killed around 100M of their own rural people, migrated many to cities, started copying anything and everything they could, and send many young people abroad to learn.
