The vast majority of jobs women do require almost no actual effort or stress, IF they fuck up or miss work for stupid reasons nobody seems to care, yet they earn more than the average man who does real work that makes our society functional. Fuckin disgusting. I don’t hate them for what’s going on, I get it, it’s definitely a jewish daycare thing that’s meant to keep White women away from building a family.
The gap is even worse if the woman is even remotely attractive. An attractive woman today compared to an average guy has so much more opportunity today in general, but especially in the workforce performing a job/task that pays well, and doesn’t destroy their bodies, it’s downright criminal. The worst part is many of these jobs aren’t even necessary, or even real, and the ones that are were usually reserved for white man aging out(40 and older) of their grueling body destroying career so they could still make a decent living to support their family while not having to be out in the field as much.
Another enraging thing about the current system, is many women won’t accept that many men will never out earn them, but they still look down upon men who don’t, and many will not adapt(lower standards), and date a man who doesn’t have a more “prestigious” position, and and/or a higher salary than them.

A good looking woman has the entire world handed to her on a silver platter, even slightly attractive women hardly deal with any real adversity. The only women who sort of know what it’s like to be a man are the morbidly obese and very unattractive kind who maybe have a disfigurement or some shit, nobody gives AF about them (very much like us), although, even those women won’t ever know what it’s like to bust their ass doing real labor 40 to 60hrs a week while also not getting any sympathy from society. That’s just how things are supposed to be for men, so whatever, it’s what makes us strong enough to endure real hardship, but it is kind of frustrating to know how pampered women truly are, especially when they give nothing back to society anymore, like being mothers and faithful wives, so we continue to do our thankless part to keep society going without any sympathy, while women have decided they’re no longer going to do their part.

If I had to say any “female” was treated close to how the average man is treated, I’d have to say it’s fat ugly sheboons, but even they can usually find some low IQ nigger to fuck them, and give them attention at least in the short term, and a layout government gig whether it be welfare queen, or DMV diva.

I work remote with a dept that skews about 65-70% female. I am the only male on my team of 6.
I come from a quality and process improvement background and let me tell you: women have zero fucking clue how to improve a process, much less explain what it is they’re doing.
They don’t understand “performance quality compliance activities because it’s the right thing to do”.
What they do understand is: “I click this button here and drag the file here. Then I open this spreadsheet and do this vlookup and then remove any N/A values”.

When I was going through ITAR policy training at my work, I saw a reference to another policy about photography, and buried in this was a section about "day in the life" recruitment videos.
That's what these are. Officially sanctioned recruitment tools so that these companies can get more women applicants to pad their ESG or BRIDGE score or whatever it's called this week.
