Man, I know you’ve been posting about this for a while. Seriously, try going to layout in the sun as naked as possible for at least 10 minutes on both sides, no more than 12 at least every other day. Start with just five minutes on each side for the first week though. You have to build up so you don’t burn. Since I’ve started doing this a couple of years ago, I feel amazing, and rarely get even a cold anymore. The covid shit really got me researching it, and applying it to my own life.
