Then again, the image could be interpreted as the people on display being progressive, pacified normies who got bumped off, and the hooded people are Mayos who became savages to survive.
But no, I think the people on display represent the majority of mayo monkeys, who are docile, and going extinct, and the hooded people are clearly dune coons.
