They can also force biometrics, like Amazon's palm reader, on anyone that wants to access to their food. And most will, since these stores are going to implode ever other grocery store's margins. But not too soon. They're going to stock these store SO WELL that people will abandon the paid stores; and when they've all gone bankrupt, then the city-owned stores will start making demands.
