Our justice system is failing blacks, and our schools are not working to help remedy the weaknesses.
At a young age, blacks need to be taught to respect the law. They need to be shown force and violence and every tiny infraction treated as serious. When they get older, respect for the law is even more mandatory. We can't expect the parents to do this. In fact, we need to train the parents when their children misbehave.
The conversation will go something like this. "Mrs. X, your son, Nigger X, has been caught breaking our school rules. As you know, the rules are necessary to maintain order and discipline as well as to teach your child to live in civilized society. Failure to keep the rules doesn't just disqualify your son from attending our school, but from participating in society. Now, this infraction is not so severe that we must refer him to law enforcement, but if he were to break any civil or criminal laws, be sure that we will call the police and fill out the reports and your son will be left to the mercy of the prosecutor and the judge.
"Now, Mrs. X, we believe that you have failed as a parent because we expected you to teach your son these basic things. Since you have failed as a parent, we are going to report you to CPS. Furthermore, we are going to ask that you submit a full report on how you are disciplining your son. If we are not satisfied with your current program, we will make recommendations. If you fail to make the recommended changes, then we will have to expel YOU from our school, meaning NONE of your kids will be welcome here.
"If you complain in the slightest, we'll just kick you out right now and add a note to law enforcement that you are unable to control your kids and they are incapable of behaving in school. Once the police arrest them, we'll be there at their indictment and trial to testify against them and especially against YOU."
Teachers also need to be able to physically discipline their kids. If a nigger rolls his eyes at a teacher, he needs to be able to teach a lesson to the class with physical violence. In fact, we can't have women teach niggers, especially older niggers. Only white males who are physically strong and able to street fight and win should be allowed to teach them. Give them a big paddle and all the support they need so they can teach these animals the most basic discipline. Tell them that if they can't control the niggers we'll find someone who can. Hire drill sergeants and marines if need be.
Dogs can be trained. So can niggers. It can be done.

The main issue, besides kikes of course, is that niggers are assumed to be “normal humans” like everyone else, especially whites, when the reality is they’re not. Kikes,and white simps will continue to use the extreme exceptions to the rule AKA the one percent of blacks, AT MOST, who AT LEAST behave like humans out in the open. White simps do this all the time on the micro level by bringing up the one black guy who’s their “friend”, and/or the one black guy they met that one time who was totally cool, and well behaved IN THE MOMENT. Nothing will ever change because you’re trying fit a square peg into a round hole by allowing niggers to roam free in a white country and civilization. Everyone knows this at a subconscious level, they’re just too afraid to speak about it openly.

Yes, but this would require them to understand, or at least accept that they’re inferior, and must submit to a superior race, and even that won’t fix all of them. I’m not even sure it’d fix most of them. Pitbulls are a great example. Even many of the very well trained ones have issues eventually, and lose their shit out of nowhere. Just like many times you may not here about extreme nigger violence because “dey be keepin it in da commune nye tay” AKA snitches get stitches, the same goes for pitbulls that attack, and even kill other animals, and even their own owners/family of owners, but it’s never reported.

This is what happens when you remove all forms of discipline from society, especially corporal punishment. Nogs especially only understand corporal punishment, since they live in the moment.
Gee... hard to say... I'm sure there's SOME socio-economic factors at play, but most likely, the MAIN thing must be that you're just a bad teacher.
