The massive amount of Noticers being born is always "actually good happening." What you should be asking is how palantir is collecting all of this in their databases and how you and I can deal with it while continuing the Noticer push. If you, yourself, aren't willing to join or start an organized militant movement that "actually good happening" and "noteworthy" shoot some jews and other non-Whites, then do whatever else you can that leads to it.
