It is absolutely the owner. Part of the owner is ensuring that you have a trainable dog and are willing to spend the time to actually do so. Put bulls are the smartest and best dogs on earth but they take 2 years to train properly. If you aren't willing to put 2 to 3 years of daily training in dont get a fucking pit bull. If you aren't willing to learn how to drive a stick shift DONT BUY A STICK SHIFT.

Its both. People who arent able to handle a living death machine shouldnt own a living death machine, but just because some people *can* handle the living death machine doesnt mean it isnt a death machine.
I agree with that. We have bred them to be the perfect guardian and board hunter. They are designed by us to be what they are. Appreciate them for what they are. Respect them for what they are.
