Jesus never once referred to his Father (who is in heaven) as Yahweh, the god that lives in a volcano

Not by Name, because saying the Name was considered incredibly disrespectful, as its a Personal Name. Actually, the Hebrews had censored the name out of the old Testament out of fear of it being misused for Blasphemy, so by the time of Christ, I would imagine it was never spoken in public, and had Christ done so, they probably would have stoned Him on the spot.

So there’s still zero proof then and I’m not convinced. I hear this a lot and no one can ever provide clear proof of yahweh as God the Father referred to in the Old Testament. Especially considering how horribly contradictory their messages are.

There messages arent contradictory at all, if you actually bother to read the complete Bible. The vulgate clears things up in the headings quite well. God is all Merciful, but he is also all Just.

Yes. The New Testament God is all Merciful and Just. I agree.
