lol Iran still hasn't received anything (presumably they were supposed to get Su-35 jets) for the Shahed drones it sold to Russia. I think that Russia doesn't have the equipment to sell.

China is treading carefully, they don't want to antagonize America for now. Chinese are still behind on some tech (processors, civilian airplanes) they need another 20 years to achieve parity with the US and Western Europe.

China doesn’t want to fight, they’re not a country that likes to start wars. They’ll bully you economically and make deals, but war isn’t really their main focus.
