Yeah those property taxes that keep going up directly with inflation is fucking bullshit. My salary goes up with "inflation" which is 2% but my house price and tax has gone up 45% in 3 years. And why am I getting taxed on unrealized property gains? And if I go upside down on my property, do I get tax refunds?
