Where’s the ad hominem? She (justly) hates jews. As she’s an actress, she was almost certainly raped by one as a kid. She’s definitely antisemitic.

I can ad hom with truth on someone if the audience believes the truth.

"Oh, no one can trust your position because you were caught dressing in women's clothes."

It's still ad hom. It's attacking the person, not the argument. Whether it's a lie or the truth is immaterial.
