Our ancestors didn't have nearly as much information available to them as we do and they tended to trust the government. All they needed to know is "Pearl Harbor attack bad" and they definitely didn't know that Roosevelt let it happen as a sacrifice to get us into the war.

Every single Allied soldier should have fucking gone AWOL when they learned we were fighting with the Soviets. People were well aware of communism and jews before they took over the world around WW2, the goyest generation just didn't want to think about it.
