eric garner is a completely different case from trayvon martin and fentanyl floyd.
the eric garner case is on video from before it all started happening. he was arrested for selling cigarette singles in violation of state tax stamp laws. it wasn't like he was some mass distributor either... he was on a smoke break outside and his friend was recording some shit on the phone as they talked. someone walked up, asked if he could bum a smoke. garner said sure, if they comp'd him for it, as NY cigarette taxes are crazy expensive. turns out it was an undercover cop. then multiple undercover cops roll up, and this shit is on video... they mob him, one jumps up on him from behind, and drags him down to the ground with a chokehold from behind. then once on the ground, gets on top of him with a knee on his chest. that chokehold has long been banned because the fatality rate is high. garner was not some spring chicken model citizen, but the cops set him up with entrapment and then choked him out on video.
it's the polar opposite to fentanyl floyd, who already had fatal levels of fentanyl in his system before the officers even arrived. it was only a matter of time before he died, and he was on video choking out from the fentanyl in the back of the squad car before any of the shit even happened. in fact, all of it happened because EMTs hadn't arrived, they let him lay down in the back of the squad car because he was already choking out on his own. then he kept saying he couldn't breath, so they took him out and put him on the ground on his back. he started fighting the cuffs and then moving like he was trying to get away and that's when the officer stepped in to pin him. the medical examiner originally said it was fentanyl overdose cause of death, so they got a second examiner to come in and say it was asphyxiation. then they browbeat the first examiner into changing his medical report to asphyxiation.
and it's the polar opposite to trayvon martin, whose case showed the media lied about it like crazy. trayvon was only even there because he got suspended from school and arrested, so his mom made him go stay with his dad out of town to get away from his hoodrat friends. the fake media kept showing the pic from when trayvon was a child, because his social media was plastered in pics of him looking like a stereotypical gangbanger, even taking pics holding guns aimed at the camera like a thug. the media was so deep out to manufacture a controversy that one of the legacy outlets falsified audio to make it sound like the guy who defended himself said "fucking coons" on the 911 call. the undisputed evidence shows trayvon towered over the beaner in size, and was beating the shit out of him. zimmerman was getting his ass beat so hard that trayvon had zimmerman down on his back, with his head smashing into the gravel and grass. the EMTs had to pick the gravel out of the back of zimmerman's skull after. the forensics show zimmerman was on his back when he pulled his gun, trayvon was on top of him in a ground and pound.
