Yeah, right. Zogged and Muzzied. How's that Muslim-only city going for them? They could have built that anywhere, but they built in Texas both out of spite and mockery. As if to say, you people are so stupid, you'll let us take your land away from you by "paying" you with your own money.
> EPIC City is a master-planned Islamic community-centered residential development project in Texas, situated approximately 40 minutes from Dallas near the town of Josephine. The initiative spans 402 acres across unincorporated portions of Collin and Hunt counties, and was initiated by the East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC).
I know that's within the constitutions of Mexico, Thailand, China and Israhell.
It's not just a local ordinance, it's rooted in their constitutions. These shithole countries know they have nothing but the land itself, and they know better than to let outsiders come in and buy up the land.
Except America™, which quit being a real country to become an Economic Zone™ a long time ago.

[Governor Abbott Announces Action Taken Against East Plano Islamic Center](https://gov.texas.gov/news/post/governor-abbott-announces-action-taken-against-east-plano-islamic-center)
A minor setback. Gov. Abbott sees they have billions for construction budgets and he wants his bribe money!

Texas has become a joke. I lived there for 3 years. I didn't see the South rising again there any time soon. All of the cities are as degenerate as any other cities. It's a Mexican majority state so they might as well be full communist now.
Metro- Texas is the place that every retard liberal and shitskin moved to thinking it was a 1970’s sitcom backdrop only to realize that it’s 2010 San Francisco and has been since 1995.
It’s hilarious watching fucking retards act out Grapes of Wrath in real time and complain they’re surrounded by othe transplants.

How has no one brought suit against this nonsense? One, it's a religious rights violation. Two, it's states attempting to regulate international trade, which is over their heads.

You're absolutely right. This is why our movement needs money to fight shit like this in court. It's first and foremost a 1A violation, which SCOTUS has ruled covers freedom of association. Requiring me to associate, or not-disassociate, from a group or organization is a breach of the Constitution.
The Establishment Clause also prohibits the government from establishing a state religion or favoring one religion over others; the so-called "separation of church and state." Israhell is an ethno-state with an official religion, which was expressly founded to benefit members of a specific religion. Therefore, creating conditions that expressly favor a religious community is a clear breach of the Establishment Clause.
This really is something that should be addressed by SCOTUS.
Not true. In Public Interest litigation, personal standing is NOT required when a law alleged to be unconstitutional creates conditions that affect all members of the public equally. Say I want to start a business, but don't want to subjected to pleading allegiance to foreign ethno-state like Israhell. Don't I have standing then? The State is imposing a condition on me that is unconstitutional. Of course we have standing.
This is why I love Public Interest law and organizations like Institute for Justice (IJ). Check out their YouTube page to hear about their cases. I donate to them regularly and they actually make me proud of it. They deserve all the help they can get.

Yes, but Monarchism comes with extreme accountability. For better or worse, you know *exactly* who's responsible.
The serpents that occupy our government love the presidential/ parliamentary system where everyone can be bribed/ manipulated and yet nobody in particular is responsible for anything. "Hey, I'm just one of 500 congressmen. You can't put all the blame on me." Meanwhile, the president can say "Hey, congress vetoed the Bill. I did all I could" or "Hey, 'your' congressman gave me authorization. I'm following the law."
Our problems today are rooted, in no small part, in a system that enables officials to escape accountability.
