Not true. In Public Interest litigation, personal standing is NOT required when a law alleged to be unconstitutional creates conditions that affect all members of the public equally. Say I want to start a business, but don't want to subjected to pleading allegiance to foreign ethno-state like Israhell. Don't I have standing then? The State is imposing a condition on me that is unconstitutional. Of course we have standing.

This is why I love Public Interest law and organizations like Institute for Justice (IJ). Check out their YouTube page to hear about their cases. I donate to them regularly and they actually make me proud of it. They deserve all the help they can get.
