This is true. The various jewish cultures are all very different from one another and not really compatible. If jews were a monoculture and superior to non-jews, one would expect jewish culture to be more or less unaffected by non-jewish influence. Rather, we see that jews mix with their host culture, regardless of where they live, to the point where they disdain jews from other cultures. See israel, where ashkenazis and mizrahis and sephardis all maintain their differences, and these differences frequently cause friction.
