Actually, its because the men are cucks, and their religion is an inversion of the actual Hebrew Faith, which was (and still is, in the form of Christianity when it is actually practiced properly) which was Patriarchal. Judaism is a matriarchy because it is a parody religion created by Satanic mockers of God.
