Netanyahu's clique will soon realize that their stunt actually didn't go far enough. They should have used tactical nukes if they wanted a happening. Which they won't as they would have nothing left to kvetch about.

Screeching "nothing ever happens" in hopes that nothing will ever happen is not going to work forever. In fact, it never has worked.
The truth is, happening is constant. There are so many things happening that the news blotter, and the attention of the masses, simply cannot keep up with all developments simultaneously.
Now that people are brain-rotted and attention spans are at an all-time low, they can only be aware of one happening at a time, and thus when the news goes and covers something else, they feel that the previous happening, whose coverage was put on the backburner, has stopped being a happening or was a nothingburger the whole time.
It doesn't help that deliberate nothingburgers are admixed into the news-feeds so as to make it harder to distinguish a real happening from some random bullshit.
