My wife and I were looking at buying a home in Texas. The previous owner was dead, she died from cancer. I did some research and found she had been a Jewish lawyer that only represented illegals. She was paid thru a ‘non-profit’ she founded that paid her salary for representing broke illegals. She was not a court appointed rep. The non-profit was financially supported by a bunch of other jewish groups.

Told my wife the house was tainted and I didn’t want it. Even after I had shelled out a thousand bucks for an inspection. It had a vibe that bothered me before I knew the source.

It also had a Mexican family living in the apartment over the detached garage. But that’s a whole other can of worms.

I don’t know if the spics over the garage were her illegal clients or not. I drove 3 hours to see the property. As stipulated in the lease agreement, the dead owners son notified them a potential buyer was coming, and when. I arrived and the sellers realtor told me the tenant wouldn’t let me in. I also was told they hadn’t paid their rent since their landlord died. I looked up at the garage a saw a fat round Mexican woman’s face peeking out the window. It looked like a squatter situation was brewing that I would have to deal with if I bought the place. I passed on the place, so it’s not my problem; but I should call the ICE hotline anyway.
