Not in Iran's best interest to make the Holy Land radioactive; it would never hear the end of it, even if it magically turned Israel into Palestine.
Iran already doesn’t have the best reputation and Jews are going to frame it as an act of unwarranted aggression anyways despite striking first, why make things worse for themselves?
