for rain to occure, an imprtant factor is the amount of dust in the atmosphere, as dust serves as a catalyst that makes the moisture in the air condense into droplets that become so heavy they rain down.
so yes, scientifically and statistically speaking, stomping up a lot of dust should actually produce rain =)
