How Do Jews 'Earn' Their Money? — Fees, Fines, Rents and Royalties!

I've said here many, many, many times that jews all have "paper" businesses collecting ***Fees, Fines, Rents and Royalties***.

This includes jobs like lawyers, accountants, consultants, mediators, insurance/ real estate agents, referral services, etc. All service-based businesses where they rubber stamp paper with no real overhead. These are businesses that invent reasons/ excuses to collude with gov't agencies in exchange for taxpayer funded grants or contracts, and can take payment under the table by drafting phony billable hours for services never rendered. They find some way to be "middle men" that force themselves into transactions they have no business in just to collect a fee. This is how jews skim their money.

Again ... ***Fees, Fines, Rents and Royalties*** — remember it, repeat it, learn to recognize it!

Kind of sounds like real estate.

I do wish we could eliminate real estate agents and streamline sales of real estate without them taking 5% of a huge sale

Not real estate, but it does seem like every women in my city is a realtor. Everyone's wife or girlfriend is a realtor. And it's the easiest do-nothing job in the world for women with all the time in the world. However, if you do want to get into real estate, here's a Pro Tip: get a multi-family building/ HOA community to contract you as their exclusive realtor. The HOA will force anyone under their thumb to use you; and of course you're slipping a cut to the HOA president, but nobody needs to know about that, right?

I was helping my niece find an apartment and, despite finding the unit directly from the owner, she would have been required to pay the yenta realtor one-month of rent for running a background check. Again, they force themselves into your affairs as middlemen to rubber-stamp some paper and take a fee.

Some woman cold called me to make me an unsolicited offer on a property of mine and i told her that she needs to find a new purpose in life because she offers nothing of value and if i were going to sell my property i would not hire some stranger telemarketer to sell my most valuable asset for me. I also told her she should re-evaluate her purpose in life because if she died tomorrow that would just be one less person bothering me with spam calls and that's what her life is worth and what she contributes to society - annoyance.

She was SEEETHING and tried to make a failed comeback about how educated she was. I asked her how many college degrees i needed to be a cold calling telemarketer like she and she was so angry she hung up.

Sometimes I ask them where they got all this money to call people all day trying to buy their homes.

They act like they don't know then i say get your jew boss on the phone so i can ask him how much fiat his kike friends printed to pull off this entire scam you're running trying to buy up all the real estate in a White nation with your monopoly jew money.

Also ask them do they plan to personally move into the home or are they flipping it? And if they are flipping it then obviously you are not getting the best price because they are building in enough arbitrage to make a considerable profit which means i'm not getting the best market price from the end buyer. Then remind them they are stupid and to not call you.

Sometimes i turn the table and start making offers to buy their house. Where do you live? I will come there tomorrow and inspect it personally. Give me your address and i will come look at your pine box shithouse and make an offer.
