A lot of you don't know this, but you need to spread the word.

The new health guy in the Trump administration, RFK Jr knows this, and he wants to push this, so really it's up to us if we want to push this over the finish line.

We were lied to about the chemical products we used on our farms for the past century, or more like 80 years.

This includes fertilizers, insecticides, pesticides, fungicides, vaccines, antibiotics, etc...

We were told that these things would make more healthy farm products and make farmers more productive.

It was all a lie. A big fat stinking honking lie. None of these things were ever necessary. Our ancestors knew a hell of a lot about how to actually farm without any of these chemicals and the food they made was objectively better for us.

The "new system", or rather, the "old system we are rediscovering" is called "Regenerative Agriculture". The key element of the system is to regenerate the SOIL by making it healthy again, full of life including bacteria, fungi, and insects.

Healthy soil isn't the "most productive" soil. You will grow taller stalks and fatter ears of corn on ground you poisoned with "fertilizer".

However, healthy soil liberates ALL of the essential nutrients a plant needs to grow, and does so in a way that the plant itself becomes incredibly healthy.

Healthy plants are immune to disease and insects.

Healthy plants mean healthy humans, as the plants have more of the nutrients we need and not so much of the nutrients we don't need (like sugars.)

Healthy forage makes healthy animals that don't need antibiotics and dewormer and such.

Healthy animals make healthy meat, again, food that makes us healthy.

We are starting to develop the hard evidence that all of this is true. There is already a significant body of evidence that this stuff actually works. People have been doing this for nearly 60 years now, with proven repeatable results. They can take literal DESERT and turn it into grasslands using regenerative techniques. People are recording INCREASED RAINFALL over their regenerative farmlands! It literally is making it rain!

Bonus points: The secret is CATTLE and SHEEP. We need to be raising far more meat and far less corn and soy in this country to obtain the healthy balance. You diet should be mostly meat, not grains anyway.

Bonus bonus points: The literal "inputs" to the meat is sunshine and raindrops. Of course the farmer has to put in intelligent labor. But meat produced regeneratively is as cheap as meat can possibly be. So not only will you be "forced" to eat more meat, but the meat will be much cheaper.

Bonus bonus bonus points: This technique does not work at an industrial scale. You cannot buy a million acres and hire a few interns and make this work. It requires INTELLIGENT farming. That means lots and lots of farmers learning and developing their skills on smaller, family-owned farms. It requires farmers pay close attention to THEIR land and THEIR situation and study it. So family farms is the only way to make it scale. That means we need to send more FAMILIES to farm, break up the big chunks of land owned by big ag tech, and make it available for young farmers (who can do this better than old guys can anyway.)

Bonus bonus bonus bonus points: And to make things even more amazing, this technique literally creates soil. Inches and even feet of it every year. Hearty, healthy, beautiful soil. Meaning, guys who know what they are doing can go to "useless" acreage and convert it into productive pasture in a matter of years. If that pasture is managed right, in a few more years you can plant corn or whatever grains. Meaning, "useless" land can be made into productive farmland.

I've been doing this stuff for 5 years now. I cannot tell you the miraculous change that has happened to my pasture, even though 4 of those 5 years were drought, one of them being the worst drought our area has seen in recorded history (150 years). Regenerative soil captures rainfall and makes it available during drought. I had grass growing when everyone else was dead. I went from knowing next to nothing about agriculture to growing way more grass than my neighbors, and they've been following the lies the industry has told them about chemicals!

I've mastered soil building, but pests are still an issue. I havent been able to grow squash for years now because of vine borers, I've tried everything except chemicals. This year I'm growing butternut because its resistant to the borer but it's not the same as yellow squash and zucchini.

This is a good point. Because of the use of pesticides, many species (all farmed produce was bred by humans to max yield) have lost the ability to defend themselves.

A plant that can't defend itself from parasites goes extinct, unless we put our fingers on the scale. We may need to breed new strains that can resist pests but still have an acceptable yeild.

So where did they come from in the first place, before pesticides, you dumbass? The fuck do you think the "plague of locusts" was?

Heirloom seeds? Ancient strains or go back to 1910ish or Great Depression.

Those vine borers fuck my squash up every year. I haven't had an issue with butternuts until last year. I usually get 12 to 15 out of one plant a year.

The vine borers got the butternut?

No, I remember now. They got killed by wilt 😞 but the vine bores did destroy my zucchini. I did get loads and loads of them from three plants before the bugs got them.

Ever try BT? Its supposed to be a natural bacteria you inject into the vine that kills them. I've never used it but I might try next year.

Yes, but you gotta inject it into like every stalk and leaf, does work tho.

Dust your soil and plants with Diatomaceous Earth/Fossil Flour

Research it. It works.

I don't use DE because it indiscriminately kills all types of insects.

I do use DE, it's just hard to be diligent with it because of the rain.

It's this shit, right here, that is why I make fun of so many of you. Everything he wrote is absolutely fucking retarded that was specifically engineered to appeal to you fuckignorant know-nothing dipshits desperate to believe any number of lies that appeal to you "MUH HECKIN' BASED NATURAL LIFESTYLE" LARP.

This is what you turn in to when you consoom propaganda that 'EDJUKAYSHUN IZ FAEK N GAY I DON NEED NO LERNIN LAIK SUM *LIBRUHHL*'. Is your next iteration going to be to forgo literacy because 'my ancestors couldn't read'?

Healthy plants are immune to pests? Are you all genuinely this fucking stupid? I can drop ten hornworms in any pesticide-free tomato farm in existence and those ravenous fuckers will strip any plant to stems in a day. They evolved *specifically to fuck up plants*, and they're resistant to nicotine, which is a natural pesticide (thus why neonicotinoids work).

>Our ancestors knew a hell of a lot about how to actually farm without any of these chemicals

No the fuck they didn't. Your ancestors were ignorant as shit about everything. They **literally** died by the absolute millions when crop blight would cause massive famines, and they had zero tools to stop it. Your ancestors laughed at Joseph Lister for washing his hands before a surgery.

There were *multiple* recorded incidents of enormous waves of deaths because farmers would fertilize their fields with human shit and everybody got dysentery. But since your ancestors 'knew so much', but somehow didn't have things like IV fluids and isotonic saline, they shit themselves to death.

When exactly would you peg the age when "your ancestors" knew more? Was it before or after they thought the sun was pulled across the sky by chariots?

>People are recording INCREASED RAINFALL over their regenerative farmlands! It literally is making it rain!

LMAO holy shit this is the absolute best. How the actual fuck could any of you be so fucking dumb to read this and not suddenly come to your senses that OP is either a troll or genuinely one of the stupidest fucks to ever breathe? Like there is zero explanation for how that makes any sense. The goddamn rain that falls on you came from hundreds of miles away, and you think a cloud goes 'aha, I spot HEALTHY SOIL!!!' and decides to just rain specifically only exclusively on your 'family-sized farm'?

*THIS* is why I make fun of manual-laboring blue-collar dipshits. That work is for stupid people, and case in point, stupid people are believing this shit based on the comments.

Should I point out that farmers used to believe dowsing rods could find water? The entire 'Old Farmer's Almanac' was something they thought could predict the future. Farmers were dumb as hell and superstitious as fuck (but I repeat myself). They weren't folksy brilliant secret-geniuses that "could" have invented fusion power "if they really wanted to" but for 'some reason' decided to just pursue the hardest-work that required the lowest-IQ and had the least-payoff, because gosh darn I guess they were just 'too smart' for the rest of us.

Just ignore the fact that even in the most rock-stupid third-world shithole on the planet you can still find farmers. Vietnam? Farmers. Colombia? Farmers. Sierra Leone? Farmers. The most goddamn dysfunctional place on the planet you can find probably has a ton of farming. Not a lot of nuclear engineers though. Almost like all that's required to farm is a willingness or sufficient desperation to completely ruin your body at an early age.

You absolute low-IQ gullible fuckbrains are this || close to believing in fucking healing crystals.

If you think I'm being harsh, actually read his post again. Literally talking about 'feet of soil' showing up like magic everywhere - *this stupid fuck either doesn't know what soil even is, or he does but it simply taking advantage that YOU DO NOT.* Where the hell is that actual material coming from? Are you growing enough vegetation to lay down *several feet* thick of decaying plant matter every year? Even if that were the case, decaying plants form mulch, which is *not* soil. Soil takes a very long time to form and is largely a product of chemical processes from fungi and bacteria, two things he said his farm was immune to.

Even just to cover a mere quarter-acre lot with 'inches' (let's say two) of soil would mean 1,782.93 cubic feet of soil, which means 1,782.93 cubic feet of material that came from somewhere. Additionally, by mass, that's **>71 TONS OF SOIL<**.

The fuck do you think you're going to grow on a quarter-acre that comes even close to 71 fucking tons of mass, that even if you repurposed the entirety of it back into the ground, would become full-blown soil in only one year?

The biggest, densest crop I can think of is corn. Edge to edge you can fit maybe 8,000 stalks of corn on a quarter acre. That means every single stalk would need to have a mass of about 20 pounds to constitute the entire mass of the soil, with 100% conversion and nothing lost to other decay products.

And a fucking corn stalk does not weigh 20 pounds. Like, 6. Tops. With the ears on.

> Tell me everything I need to know,

You will never know everything you need to know.

> where I could learn it.

You aren't going to learn everything from books.

If you are interested in learning, studying how to learn things, how to know what is true or not, how to identify lies and deceptions, etc...

YOU are going to have to do a lot of homework, no one else can be trusted.
