The combination of these two factors mean that white justice systems do not work on niggers. You cannot reform niggers by locking them in cages and giving them three square meals a day. You can't reform them by beating them or by stealing their stuff. Those things may work on whites, who, given time in a cell may ponder on their life choices, find Jesus, or at least come to understand that they are not compatible with society and so need to live on the outskirts or spend the rest of their life in prison. Niggers can't even get to that level of thought. Prison is probably heaven to most of them.
But the death penalty? If we enacted the death penalty fairly then we'd practically exterminate the nigger race in the US. The great irony is that by being non-racist, we become the most racist of all.

I watched a short video, something to do with the Black Panthers back in the 70s. An LA cop saw a nigger throw trash on the ground, so he cited him for littering. The nigger then began cursing the cop out in front of a nigress so the cop added disorderly conduct to the littering charge. He got all excited and pulled out his night stick because he knew what was going to happen next. Sure enough, the nigger got violent and attacked the cop, so he and his partner beat the shit out of him and dragged him off to jail. Of course, niggers think this is some sort of racist conspiracy and master plan of the whites and so the only resolution they can imagine is becoming even more violent (as if whites never knew violence). Anyway, the way that interaction should've gone down is something like this.
First, seeing the nigger all by himself on the street the cop should've immediately arrested him and put out a notice that he found a free nigger on the streets and his owner should pick him up and pay the fine for letting a nigger loose.
If the nigger resists arrest, then the cop should beat him bloody and remind him that he is a nigger and unworthy to argue with a white, especially a white cop. Remind the nigger that he is a "bitch" and he deserves to be ass-raped. Niggers don't have rights, and never will, because they are niggers. This kind of dominant behavior is necessary to get the nigger to surrender peacefully and survive the encounter. Niggers can't understand much but they get that being ass-raped is a very bad thing, plus it would establish the cop as the dominant in the relationship. The cop doesn't have to actually do this, just threaten the nigger.
If no one comes forward to claim the nigger, he can either be sold on the slave market or be shipped back to Africa. Whoever imported him into the US should be responsible for paying for his return. After all, we need accountability to people who bring niggers into the US without consideration for the damage they can cause to the social order. Maybe force the importers to post a bond that is paid for whatever damages their nigger causes.
