Her brother got a slap on the wrist (probation) due to being 17 years and 11 months old, she got a 15 year scholarship at nigger university.
Remember: if you commit a crime, do not get caught being 18 or older.
17 year old weeks away from his 18th biryhday does mansluagter = few years at most.
18 year old does it on his birthday = 10-20 years in prison.
