India is beta testing for TPTB* converting addresses we know today to digital addresses, basically your home goes from 23741 Lake Road, Buttfor, Wyoming 28481 to 1937184919. That way your eID is more easily assigned to addresses. A lot of the infrastructure (DOGE) updates in western gov is for this. (media.scored.co)
